Can Auth0/Okta assist with blocking login traffic from Russian occupied territories and other countries identified in the US export control laws?

Solution

As of May 23, 2023, Okta, including the Auth0 platform, has begun blocking traffic from countries identified by US export control laws. More on the steps taken can be found in the article Important Customer Update to Okta IP Access Policy.

In practical terms, users from these countries will see a 403 error when attempting to hit any Okta/Auth0 endpoints, including the login page.
