Hi, Opening Authorization Extension page is throwing an error: “invalid_request: The connection was not found”. Due to this, our users lost the ability to log-in into our system. This is urgent, could you please advise? TRACKING ID: f9a801d634934c470087

Correction: Users can log-in, we just can’t access the extension management interface.
We are experience the same again, it was happening earlier today, but is happening again. It doesn’t seem to be affecting the ability to login, but certainly affects our ability to configure our groups/roles/permissions
