Auth0 WordPress Plugin - 504 from setup wizard

I browse to “plugins” > “installed plugins” > “Login by Auth0” > “Setup Wizard” > “Standard” > “Start User Migration Setup”

At this point, the tab spins for a while and then returns a 504 gateway timeout after 1 minute.

Is there something else I need to do?

Update:

I’ve done some more research, and I believe that my WordPress instance needs to be made publicly available or I need to do a manual install.

Does anyone have more information on the manual install process?
