Auth0 management login linked to Google

Hello, I’m facing issue when trying to login with my email and password into management panel.
The original account was created via google sign up and the Security Key was attached to that account.
The email + password flow does not linked to that Security key so the only option is recovery key as 2FA is available.
There is no way to update linked accounts, change password or even delete account to start from scratch.
Other sign in flows (with GitHub or microsoft) take me to create new account flow which I don’t want.
I can’t continue using sign in with Google as my company has migrated to Microsoft.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you still have access to your old Google account, you can transfer the tenant to a new account to keep using it.

Hello, unfortunately no, that Google account is gone now. Is there a way I can delete existing auth0 account and register a new one with email + password?

To delete the existing Auth0 account, please send a DM to the @support group with the tenant name and the email address associated with the account!
