I need to get with support as MS didn’t auto update the Token-decrypting and signing tokens. I was able to manually update the tokens to resolve the expired token cert however Auth0 has yet to allow the new tokens. I believe it is due to the metadata that is loaded and the console screen is in a loop when logging in.
