Problem statement

We are getting a 503 error from Auth0 APIs without a change in my environment or application. This happens with all production users.

The issue was caused by Cloudflare. This is the incident:

Solution

Since the issue originated from the network edge provider’s (Cloudflare) end, Auth0 relies on Cloudflare to fix it.
