Auth0 Azure AD Registered app

Currently we have an Enterprise connection with Azure AD configured using the blog post of Auth0.

Everything works fine but I was wondering, what will happen if for some reasen my Azure App Registriation is deleted and I create a new App Registration. What will happen to my users in the Auth0 tenant, will they get a new user_id?

And if use may Office 365 account to login in to another Auth0 tenant, is the same user_id used?
