Hi,
I’m trying to login to the auth0 admin dashboard, but whenever I input my credentials, I’m redirected to “manage.auth0.com” for a second, but then I am redirected back to the login screen.
I asked other admins to reinvite me to the tenant. I was already signed up but they revoked my seat temporarily. Now that they have reenabled me, I am stuck in this login loop.
Any ideas? Thank you in advance

We are trying to reply and provide some information to older posts, in case other find it useful and encounter the same situation. Usually, these issues come from bad sessions, which can end up creating a loop. Let me outline some steps and details that should help :
- one solution would be to clear the browser’s cache data;
- navigate your tenant’s logout endpoint to terminate any session you might have. This would come under the following format https://[tenant-name].[locality].auth0.com/logout;
- check our Status page for any possible outages that can affect user authentication;
- in this particular case where other Admins have already tried assisting with your account, have them ( if this would not hinder anything on your end ) delete your User as an Admin and then re-invite you, which will create a new User completely.
