Android passwordless login after app uninstalled

Hi There,

I have a question , how passwordless works if user uninstall app or login to another device , as user already have an account in Auth0 . how can i authenticate in android

use tokens store to database ? and check my database for tokens ? still user need to enter their email id and password, please clarify
