Alternative HTTP Module to Replace Deprecated Request

The request module is now deprecated. It appears to be the only HTTP convenience package available for rules and hooks: https://auth0.com/docs/appliance/modules

Does anyone know if Auth0 plans to replace it with an alternative like Axios or Fetch?

I’m not certain of our immediate plans, but if it’s deprecated we will most likely switch to an alternative. I would recommend creating a pr and requesting the module you would like to use here: Sign in to GitHub · GitHub

Our engineering team will have more insight into the options they are looking into.
