We are having issues with users trying to use a different email than the one we pre-populate for them on the signup form. As users are already setup in our system with a specific email address, using a different one causes confusion for the user and a significant burden on our support team.

From the Attributes setting in the Database connection, you can specify which attributes your users can sign up with (email, username, or phone number). If you click on the three dots and select configure, you can edit the settings individually for each of the identifiers.
