additionalSignUpFields not reflecting in signup page

HI All,

I’m trying to add additional signup fields like firstName and lastName.
I followed the document and various example in this community but nothing seems to be working and not getting the preview display as well.
I’m pasting the script that i’m using and any suggestion or fix on this will be helpful

@rueben.tiow This is helpful. As well i was able to fix the issue as there was some issues with my chrome browser when tried in Edge it worked.
