It’ll be really useful to see the full activity associated to a user in their login history under User Management. This will help our Customer Services team when they are troubleshooting issues with our customers, as currently they can see partial login history under User Management as well as managing their account, but they need to search for user_name under Logs to see failed events.
I understand this is because some log types do not contain the user_id but it’d be helpful to see all log events in one place.
In one view under User Management would be a game-changer for troubleshooting. It would save so much time by eliminating the need to bounce between Logs and User Management, especially during live customer support scenarios where every second counts.
Having a unified timeline of events—mapped to both user_id and user_name—would also make it easier to spot patterns, such as repeated failed login attempts or unusual activity. It could even double as a security feature for identifying compromised accounts.
