Feature: Add export filtering criteria for User Import/Export Extension

Description:
The current-state User Import / Export Extension works great: fast, intuitive UI, etc. But due to the size of the output file it would greatly enhance its usefulness if I could filter the output for “created at” date ranges, and other criteria.
Also, adding a “saved configuration” feature would greatly assist in using the extension for regular reporting.

Use-case:
This would make running regular user activity reports much easier.
