Could you please share a screenshot of what you see on your Auth0 Dashboard sidebar?
Could you also try using a different or incognito browser window to see if there are any changes to the UI?
So far, I have checked your tenant and see that you created the tenant fairly recently and that you currently have 2 Actions deployed and bound to the Post Login flow.
Because of this, could you please clarify when the Actions tab went missing from your dashboard’s sidebar?
