I realize Actions are still in beta, but there is no mention, anywhere about whether the Management API will support / supports Actions. I’m starting a new project and I’d like to use actions as opposed to rules/hooks and eventually I’ll need to create/edit/delete actions programmatically. Will this ever be possible?

Indeed as of now there is no mention about it in our official docs but let me discuss it with the team responsible for this part of the stack.
Got a followup for this. This feature will be available once Actions will go into General Availability as it’s in Beta now.
