I can’t see anything on the status page to indicate that you’re aware of this already, but I’m seeing a 503 nginx error on https://manage.auth0.com.
In Australia if that narrows it down.

I’m seeing in Utah, US as well. Must be pretty widespread. Looks like it’s an active incident they’re investigating.
Of course, as soon as I post, the status page is updated
