Feature: Cooldown before the “Resend” button appears
Description: The “Resend” button in the 2FA/MFA step should be displayed after an increasing delay to avoid misuse
Use-case: Some malicious users have clicked “Resend” many times to trigger as many SMS texts as possible. If the “Resend” Button was displayed only after some delay that is bigger every time, the misuse would be less effective so less likely.
