When I attempt to run the import/export extension to export users in CSV format I receive a file in JSON format.
I reproduced the issue and informed the responsible team; it is an UI issue so the actually export to CSV should be working at the endpoint level so in case you strictly require a CSV file you may want to have a look at calling the endpoint: Auth0 Management API v2
