Problem statement

During a free trial, a notice will be displayed on the Dashboard with the following message.

Thank you for signing up for Auth0! You have XX days left in your trial to experiment with features that are not in the Free plan.

Solution

The trial period lasts 22 days. After that, the Free plan gets activated automatically, and the tenant will continue to have access to the features included in the Free plan. To check the features available during the trial period, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on Settings > Subscription .

Free trial accounts are now granted access to all paid features except a few exceptions, like the Custom domains, due to certain security concerns. The features marked as “Trial” are the ones that will not be included after the trial has ended.
