Hi Team, We are using passwordless authentication and there is requirement that after 3 wrong OTP attempts we need to resend the OTP. Is there a way to configure this kind of option to send the new OTP after x number of wrong attempts. Thanks in advance for your kind help.

Hi @ritesh.rai , Unfortunately there is no such an option within Auth0 at the moment, as referenced in this community post as well. Currently the rate limit for failed OTP attempts is 10 per hour, as mentioned in our Knowledge article - Rate limits for MFA factors . Thank you for your understanding. …
