WIF application not showing configured identity providers

I have setup a connection between our ADFS and Auth0. Testing that connection works fine.
I have setup a WIF application use Auth0 as identity provider.
In the application configuration I have enabled WS-FED add-on.
In the application I have selected enabled Google and our ADFS as connections.

When browsing the application, I’m redirected to our auth0 page and only Google show up as login method. ADFS does not appear here. I’m able to logon with my Google account to the application.
Why is ADFS not shown as a logon option?

Or is this because we don’t have the ‘developer pro’ plan?
