Why no email returned from twitter-login

Why don’t I get the users email returned when authenticating with twitter?

I’m a ware that there is a setup in the twitter-account that has to be done - I’ve done that, but still no email is returned.

What could be missing?

Are you from Russia, huh? They’re having trouble accessing Twitter right now, either because of politics or smth like that. You might want to transfer employee monitoring software reports to Auth0 via another account?

My users logging in via any of the other provideres get the email stored at auth0, but not when using twitter.

Setting when calling auth0 are exactly the same (except the connection parameter)

PS: What has worktime to do with this problem?

Twitter connections do not retrieve the user’s email address by default and there is a solution for that in this document Twitter integration with Auth0
Basically, the solution is to use a Rule template which is deprecating, don’t know what we should do when Rule is end of its life.

No need anymore, as we canceled all our activities with twitter.
