What steps/migration are needed to switch users from one SSO provider (e.g. Okta) to another (Azure)?

We have a use case where a customer is switching their SSO providers (Okta → Azure) and we wanted to see what changes we needed to make on our end to support a seamless switch. If there is any documentation regarding this, it would be appreciated.

If you still need assistance with this issue, could you please provide some more context on the issue you are facing in the support ticket? It would be helpful to investigate it further if you could share a HAR file (Generate and Analyze HAR Files) capturing the issue. any additional screenshots, user_id, log_id would also be helpful.
