User Unable to See the New Tenant After Accepting the Invitation

Problem Statement:

Users are unable to see the new tenant under switch tenant after accepting the invitation.

Solution:

Please try the following steps:

  1. Copy the invitation link you received via email for the 2nd tenant.
  2. Open an incognito window in the browser and paste the invitation link.
  3. You will see a prompt with a message saying “You have been invited to be a member of the tenant sci-solutions.” Click on the “Continue to Auth0” button.
  4. Log in to the Auth0 Dashboard with the same credentials.
  5. Next, you will see a similar screen with the message “You have been invited to be a member of the tenant sci-solutions.” again. Click on “Accept”.
  6. You should be logged in to the Dashboard and have the ability to switch between tenants now.
