User_Metadata or App_Metadata - help

Hi,

We are using Auth0 to allow SSO to our QlikSense platform and so far it is working as expected. We are currently using user_metadata to pass attributes to QlikSense so as to limit what the user can access when logged in :

This is working fine - but when we allow user ‘self sign up’, should we be using app_metadata to pass Attributes to qliksense or doesn’t it matter?
