Hi,
I changed a user’s email address in the Auth0 GUI. The user then tried to log in but kept getting the “Last time you logged in with” screen. I tried selecting the “Not your account” option and filling out the email/password form, only be redirected back to the “Last time you logged in with” screen.
The user is on an IOS device, running Safari and it seems to be specific to the Safari browser because the user CAN login with Chrome.
I tried clearing cache and user data on Safari and also tried “Incognito” mode but the problem persists. Also tried rebooting the phone.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Update: I also had the user go to: (https://YOUR_DOMAIN/v2/logout) to clear any session information.
