User access to machine-to-machine keys

Hello,
Is there a way to provide an external user access to a specific machine-to-machine client id/secret? The use case is that I want an application user to be able to register a key pair for their server to hit our API and be able to cycle the secret if they want. They would need to only see their associated machine-to-machine keys.

Is this something that one could use the management API to do? Please let me know if I’m not thinking about this correctly.
