This article explains whether it is possible to unblock specific IP addresses that are blocked by Brute force protection or Suspicious IP throttling.
Solution
Brute force protection
It’s not possible to unblock a specific IP address for a user blocked by brute force protection. It’s only possible to unblock the user as a whole. Please refer to the documentation regarding unblocking users for details on how to unblock the user entirely.
Suspicious IP throttling
Review our remove the blocked IP address endpoint to unblock a specific IP address. The IP is unblocked for all users.
