Unable to update SAML Mappings in Dashboard

Hey there,
The SAML Mappings seems to be broken in the dashboard.
When I click “Save changes” there’s no visual feedback and no network requests being sent.
I’ve tried this multiple times today and none of them worked.

Can someone from the Auth0 team have a look?
