Unable to add "Email" claim in M2M access token

Hi there, I hope you are doing very well!
I have a M2M APP with metadata, this contains, among others, an email (needed for our domain).

I did an action and I checked it’s running ok, and i’m having email value, but anyways I’m not being able to add a claim called “email” into the access token.
As you will see in the pictures, it neither allows me to add a random value in the “email” claim.

I believe this is due to the fact that you are using the email claim which is restricted to interactive flows. You should be able to using something like userEmail or the like:
