Unable to access auth0 account

Hi,

It seems like I’ve been locked out of my Auth0 account somehow? I’ve tried resetting the password and using my google login, but neither seem to be working…

Can you send me via direct messaging your email address and the tenant you think you should be able to access?
Is this an MFA issue (don’t have your phone, or changed it) or you are just presented with the “Create a new tenant” screen after authenticating?
