Twilio compliance requirements to sms MFA

Hi, we want to enable SMS OTP with Twilio.
To achieve it we need to follow their Regulatory Compliance.
They require:

1. Explicit opt-in language, which includes that user agrees to receive SMS - The opt-in should have a selectable checkbox separate from privacy policy and T&Cs where the recipients accept to receive SMS.
2. Privacy policy and T&Cs should be displayed on the form

How we can achieve these and add it to the MFA form?
