We configured Suspicious IP Address throttling but did not receive any notifications about the breach of the threshold.
Either email notifications are being sent from Auth0 to tenant administrators but they don’t arrive or the notifications are not being sent out by Auth0.
Check if you have configured Suspicious IP throttling in a way that meets your expectations. In particular, check whether you have selected the Default or Custom options and whether any IP addresses have been whitelisted.
Search the tenant logs for Failed Sending Notification ( fn ) events.
If it shows that notifications are sent, please check whether emails from Auth0 to the tenant admin email addresses are being quarantined by your email provider or ending up in the spam box.
If you still not receive the emails, please open a support ticket for further investigation.
