Suspicious Request Error for our users

  • SDK Version: e.g. 1.33.1
  • Platform Version: e.g. macOS 11.4

We are seeing a bug where our users are not able to log in to our app because Auth0 returns a suspicious error message. Despite whitelisting their IP addresses and toggling the “Limit high velocity traffic” setting, we are still unable to help our users log in. We don’t see any reason their activity should be flagged. We need a fast way to address this since this is affecting our users in production

Can you please provide us with a specific error message (you can copy and paste it directly) so we can look into it further?

The error message we are seeing says “Suspicious request requires verification”, but we aren’t clear on what has changed and why our user would have been flagged as suspicious. Let us know if we are missing something.
