Support to add accounts(emails) to allowed list for Auth0 Attack Protection Features

For Brute-Force Protection and Suspicious IP Throttling, currently, auth0 supports to add IPs to allowed list. We hope auth0 could also support to add accounts(emails) to allowed list.
Use-case: Tell us what you are building. How would the feedback/feature improve your experience?
We have some customers or testing accounts which do not have static IPs. So, we’d like to not block them when enabling Brute-Force Protection or Suspicious IP Throttling.
