Styles mismatch between LockUI 11.x and change-password 1.5

The change-password script used in lock has slighly different styles from that used in the latest version of LockUI. Specifically, the height/layout of the logo has changed in LockUI but not in change-password (change-password-1.5.min.js).

I can’t find a github repo for change-password, does anyone know if there is a new version coming which will match the style of LockUI 11.x instead of (what it looks like to me) 10.x?
