Since the Standard Contractual Clauses (in the following “SCC”) have been updated by the European Commission, these new SCC replace the three sets of SCC that were adopted under the previous Data Protection Directive 95/46. Consequently, the updated SCC must be concluded to continue the contractual relationship.
