Solution:
Your tenant is configured to use the “built-in” email provider. This is not supported for production use and is only meant for limited testing and has significant limitations as detailed here:
To remove these limitations, please configure an Email provider for your tenant:
If you want to conduct a test in a dev/staging tenant, you can utilize a 3rd party test SMTP server to catch the emails.
