Some active users getting logged out after 5 minutes

We have looked through all the settings we could find where there are expiration durations and there is nothing set to 5 minutes. Also, it does not affect everyone

Wanted to provide some info here, in case it helps other users, but as this is not affecting everyone, it could be that the affected users come from a Connection where changes would need to be made on the external side of things. It could be that the Access Token is set externally to 300 seconds, and when logging in through that IdP, the users are forced to re-log after 5 minutes, while all tenant setting seem to be normal.

To have this noted as well, on the tenant level we can double-check the settings, Configure Session Lifetime Settings, to be sure nothing is missed.
