Problem statement
There is a Self-signed Certificate in the AD/LDAP Connector installation directory and it will expire soon or it’s already expired. Should I be worried?
Solution
The expiry of the certificate does not matter and can be ignored. Once the installation is done and the connection is configured, the public/private key pair will be continually used for the communication. The certificate itself does not matter much here.
