Feature: Refresh token setting at tenant level configs.
Description: Currently every application within Auth0 needs to be configured separately for the refresh token setting. Could we have a generic setting at the tenant level for all the applications. Unless certain applications be over-ridden as needed
Use-case: We are looking to have a tenant based generic configuration for refresh tokens of applications. Override this with specific values on specific needed applications
