Recover lost tenant accounts

Hi,

I inherited a line of business app which is currently using Auth0. Previously when I logged into Auth0 I could see these tenants and now I can’t. I’m still using the same email address. Our app is still working which leads me to think those tenants still exist however I can’t access them.

I think it has something to do with our work migrating to a new Google Workspace tenancy. Can someone help me out?

Haven’t you changed login methods by mistake? For example logged in using Google or something and then email / password? It would be great if you can send me your email via private message here in the forum so I can investigate that. Thank you!
