Questions about moving to Auth0 from Rails/Devise

I’m trying to gauge the viability of moving to Auth0 before lobbying for the change with my team.

  1. is it possible to transfer existing users to Auth0 so that they would continue to login without interruption?

  2. is it problematic that some of our existing users are OAuth accounts, not user/password accounts?

Thanks and I’d further be interested in hearing any related experiences or advice.

What I mean is that hundreds of the users we already have are OAuth (Google/LinkedIn etc) accounts. Don’t know if that makes them any more problematic to move into Auth0.

Then I guess you can just go for social connection, there is no need for bulk migration!
