Feature: Allow the translation of default consent scope description.
Description: Currently, there is no way to translate OIDC default scope description. There should be a possibility to set custom prompts for these default scopes defined by the OIDC standard, in order to translate them.
Use-case: We need our consent page to be fully translatable including its default scopes, to make the consent page coherent as a whole and to avoid having some parts in a language (different than english) and others in english.
It would be really appreciable to have this possibility really soon!
