Overview
As described in Personally Identifiable Information in Auth0 Log, tenant logs might contain Personally Identifiable Information.
This article clarifies whether it is possible to remove or mask these attributes before sending them to an external Log Stream.

Solution
Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove/purge/obfuscate PII from the tenant logs within Auth0.
However, this might be possible once it reaches the external log analytics provider, where it might be possible to scrub the exported logs, or a third-party SIEM solution might be needed to perform this task.
