We are integrated with Auth0 passwordless for our customer login/signup experience. We noticed that the verification code email would end up in their Spam/Junk folder by default.
May I ask if there’s any tips for it so that we could make sure they are delivered to the right folder?
I am experiencing the same issue. After analysing the email headers I notices that no DKIM signature was matching. The default template uses an auth0.com address as the from value, while the DKIM signature is for auth0user.net.
