Password Rotation redirecting to error

Hello Team,

I am currently integrating the Password Rotation Marketplace App into our Auth0 tenant.

The application has been successfully installed and configured, and it has been added to the PostLogin Trigger. Based on the execution logs, the module is running as expected during authentication.

However, after execution, the flow redirects users to a callback error page instead of completing successfully.

Could you please confirm:

  • If there are any additional configuration steps required on the frontend application?

  • Whether specific callback URL settings or application configurations are required for the Password Rotation app to function correctly?

I am sorry about the delayed response.

There should not be any other additional configuration needed to run the Password Rotation marketplace integration. The issue that you are describing might be caused by something completely different/unrelated to the action itself.
