in our project we have often the situation when users trying to reset their password when they normally use social provider for logging in. They are a little confused when they don’t get any email. Then thy usually connect our support to resolve the issue. Is there a possibility to inform them that they are using social account? Or do you have any other idea how to solve this problem?
While the reset password flow isn’t aware of the account email by design, it is possible to add a note on the reset-password prompt of Universal Login. Please see the following documentation on how to customize Universal Login text prompts:
