We are using Auth0 New Universal Login with default styling and no custom CSS.
We are seeing a layout issue only on the Passkey Enrollment screen. The “Create a passkey” button overlaps the content below it, making the UI appear broken. The normal login/signup screens render correctly.
We reproduced this across multiple browsers, and the issue appears specific to the hosted passkey screen.
Tenant: moments-writer@us
Environment: Dev
Issue: Button overlaps feature list on passkey enrollment screen
Reproducibility: 100%
Browsers tested: Chrome, Safari, Edge
Custom CSS: None
Please confirm whether this is a known issue with the passkey enrollment UI and whether there is a tenant-side workaround.
Hi @hammad.naeem
Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
As far as I have investigated, using the default screen settings of the UL should not affect the button placement as you have stated above unless some custom CSS is being used to customize the templates itself.
Just to double check, are you not using any custom CSS for any of the UL screens or specifically on the passkeys one you don’t? If you do use some CSS, could you double check if there is any global customization which would apply unknowingly to the button itself?
Please confirm whether this is a known issue with the passkey enrollment UI and whether there is a tenant-side workaround.
At this time, there are no reported or known issues regarding the passkey screen.
Looking forward to your reply!.
Kind Regards,
Nik
